Mrs. Clevia F. Stoddard, 89, died Tuesday morning (March 25, 2003) at Baptist Village following an extended illness.
She was native of New York, NY but had resided in Jacksonville, Fla. most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Jacksonville.
She was the daughter of the late Cleveland Ferris and Clarissa Lynde Ferris. She was the wife of the late David G. Stoddard.
Mrs. Stoddard is survived by two sons, Richard C. Stoddard (wife Betty) of Jacksonville, Fla. and Michael S. Stoddard (wife Katherine) of Tampa, Fla.; three grandchildren, Ann S. Crook of Jacksonville, Fla., David H. Stoddard of Jacksonville, Fla., and Mark F. Stoddard of Tampa, Fla.; two great grandchildren, Jonah and Caroline Crook; one step-great grandchild, Lauren Crook; four sisters, Pat F. Zitman of San Antonio, TX, Clarissa F. Todd of Laguna Beach, Calif., Dorothea H. Loving of Carmel, Calif., and Lynda H. Mills of Newfoundland, PA; one brother Henry H. Mills of Belle Glade, Fla.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorialization is by cremation.
